Bama definitely dodged a bullet with some of these names that were thrown out there. DeBoer was easily the best candidate for the job. There's no doubt about it at this point.

Going for it on 4th as often as he does especially deep in his own territory is bush league. Did the same thing va Bama at ole miss one year and cost him the game. LK was never a candidate at Bama.

The problem with Kiffin is that he always chooses the wrong time to go for it on 4th down. He doesn’t do it against Kentucky and loses the game. He does do it against Bama, and loses the game
