One way or another’s the fact we are able to throw that money around shows our program is in a way better spot than it was just 5 years ago. I never thought I would see Ole Miss be able to pay someone that much money

And it's still insufficient

am 100% certain that if LSU gives Brian Kelly a raise, the national guard would have to be called to campus to quell the violent uprising from fans.

I’m chipping in some money. I want to watch the uprising. LSU fans do mad better than any other school.

Why hasn't he signed the Florida contract? Since he has that offer

Gee, I dunno. Maybe not to torpedo his current season ?

Big difference

It was reported Lane had accepted the Auburn job too. These reporters know frick all.
That being said, 70% is pretty low considering it’s been called “a lock” and “no brainer” all week

Oh - so how's he going to UF if there's no contract? Weird.

Going to be awesome in two months whenever he drags y'all along to say thanks, no thanks and y'all have to force a below average higher because everyone is gone.

It will get him more money if he plays both sides. Annoying yes, but not a dumb decision in any way.

It's been reported that Florida is offering 7 years for $93m (13.3m per year)

If I'm Ole Miss I let him go for that. That's a stupid number. Lane Kiffin shouldn't be resetting salaries for college football coaches.

Does UF have to play OM every year?

Lane trying to make sure they get the shittiest coach possible and stay at OM would be ultimate Lane troll.

LoL.

So the deal of a lifetime at his dream job is just chillin on his desk. He goes to his office and just stares at it whilst eating brunch .. But doesn’t sign it… Got it
I’m of the opinion he is waiting to see if the LSU job is going to open up. That’s the job I would basically just admit defeat the moment it opens because it’s the worst kept secret that he wants that job more than any other.

I’m hoping Keith gets him signed before that can happen

It's becoming pretty obvious that Ole Miss is paying Kiffin, Golding and our other coaches exorbitant salaries but then they're deducting large sums of money that's being directed to our NIL fund. I'd assume most SEC schools and coaching staffs are doing this. Probably a Business or Marketing expense to an LLC started in their name and used to raise money for the collective. Some of you will ask me to prove it. My proof of this is that I'm not retarded. Also it's exactly what I would do if my job and professional self preservation relied on paying 18-22 year old kids to play for me but they can opt out and leave for a higher bidder at any given moment.

That’s all I’m saying, by not signing the new contract / raise / extension the ppl on here are saying is n his hands, it tells me he’s waiting for another offer elsewhere.

If not UF. Somewhere else like LSU
