I haven't actually seen much Carolina this year.. so after listening to several podcast the general scouting I'm getting on Carolina this year is strong front 7 on defense and running game only limited by offensive line struggles and occasionally they try to drop a bomb to Joah Vann but QB questionable?
Also one dude left mid podcast to attend to his smoker so I'm assuming it's 100% gospel truth
