Well it doesn't help that the bigs can't keep ahold of the ball when they get there.

It's the rule, but it's a stupid rule... If the defender is close enough to get clocked in the face by the offensive players' elbow, he's too damn close. There's no intent there... guys just trying to create space.
The college game needs to open up more... allowing defenders to be inside an offensive players space with the potential of a player control foul is just dumb.
