I agree. That kid is scary good.
in his first year, he just looks confident and poised. Clemson got them a good one there.

I hope not to sound too cynical. But I think the only thing that could trip him up is how handles success, at such a young age.

I think he chooses Auburn because of the proximity to home.
If it was a football decision he'd go to Mizzou where we've put 3 of our last 4 QBs in the NFL.

I can't think of a better one, right now. Maybe in a couple of years....but not right now
I'm looking forward to seeing him against playoff competition, but as far as vision and a golden arm, that kid is scary.

No worries
We have some talent there for next year, but I agree it will be a step back. That is why we have to get better on offense.
I hope the OL will get better, they actually looked okay against Alabama, but I agree it is still a huge concern. That is why I think Bryant will probably be better at qb than Stidham was this year. Not a knock on him, but that Ol and him were a terrible match.
And off topic, but GA had a great season. I know that loss stings, but next year, I think GA will be right back in it.

last i heard it sounded like Auburn locked him down this weekend. 20% msstate 50% auburn 30% Mizzou.
Where did you hear this? He put out that relationship and location is what will make his decision yesterday.
I do not think it is State or Mizzou. I believe it will more than likely be Auburn or Arkansas. Most likely Auburn.

There's a good point. he really hasn't played against elite competition. But, in all honesty, he has looked so good, I think he will do well against good competition. Probably not as good as he has done, but good, nonetheless. He's a special talent, no doubt.

Should be. most reasonable Georgia fans knew (or at least thought) we would take a step back because of all the talent we lost. We actually did better than I thought we would. We feel like next year should be the best team we have had in quite awhile. A big key will be if Zamir White bounces back.
We could lose Herrien and Holyfield this year (Not certain yet), but some of our young talent seems to be coming on strong right now, so our defense should be better, and our offense about the same....depending.

Is Holyfield already eligible for the NFL?

Yes. he is a junior this year. he played sparingly his first two years because of Chubb and Michel.
We will lose at least 2 WR (Godwin and Stanley) and could lose one or two more if they decide to go pro, but I don't expect them to. (hardman and Ridley) (i have heard a few rumblings that Ridley is considering it, though)

Well, I cannot blame a running back for jumping at the chance, they have limited time.
But I think GA and elite running backs is not going to be an issue for the team.

If he is smart he won’t go anywhere near the dumpster fire that is Auburn QB development.
He demonstrated already this year he isn’t that smart, so I fully expect him to go there, and Auburn lose one or more of their underclass men QB to transfer.
Given that Nix is likely already a better QB, Gus probably won’t play him and you’re liable to lose him too

Is Bear Bryant's grandson still going to Alabama?

Given Gus' track record developing qbs out of highschool, I would count your chickens before they hatch.

I knew Conrad and Patrick both. He has been coached since he was in diapers

I see him going to Miss State. Why would anyone want to play for Gus?
