The fake punt was like all his playing time this year. Just a forced, useless bone to throw at him and act like you're integrating him into the offense. Kirby really didn't even want to play him at all this year. Just trying to placate him into staying. A waste of offensive snaps

have to agree with him. Very poor use of a superstar QB. With shaky Fromm getting all the starts and poor coaching decisions, he saw the writing on the wall.

Exactly. It's obvious Kirby promised the kid he'd get playing time because he was just putting the kid on the field with no package of plays for him. There was no flow to inserting Justin Fields in games.
