That will actually work out well for you. More people should do this IMHO. Most people aren't ready to jump into college, especially at SEC schools that are known to party pretty hard in general. Freshman year can ruin a lot of people if they aren't ready...

You should definately try to. College degrees aren't what they used to be. Grad school makes you much more attractive to employers. All you can do is work hard, but don't forget to enjoy it while you're there

Actually the whole thing(injury and all) kind of worked out because I originally didn't plan to go to Alabama. Mainly because I never really prepared for college like I should have. Senioritis hit me hard in HS so I got really lazy
But I finally started looking into it more after I started at Calhoun, then I decided to transfer after I finish all the core classes, so that way when I get to UA I can take the classes for my major and not have to worry about everything else.
