He did the same thing last year.

He was 25/42 (59%) in 2018 vs LSU.
He was 21/40 (52%) in 2019 vs LSU.

Yep. He's good but not great vs quality talent. Against Clemson last year

Almost half his passes were incomplete. Had two fluke long TD’s. Saban probably should have not played him.

Other than the fumble he looked fine. Maybe not 100 but the receiver drops made him look worse.

He only completed 57% vs LSU last year and got picked then too so not much different.

It’s what happens when one ankle is about 80% and you miss 2 plus weeks of practice after having surgery

But yes, he was way off.

LSU fans really talking about completion pct when there were a ton of drops. He threw absolute dimes in this games that makes me think if you believe that’s off than I don’t know what to tell you

Let's see...last 3 good teams he's played...UGA, Clemson, LSU and Tua 'looked off'

In our defense we’re just used to watching Burrow and LSU receivers put on a passing clinic all season. You’ll have to forgive us.

Whole fricking team was off.

They beat themselves, and in reality, actually won the second half, so it was really a tie.

Right?

It's Bama fans saying he was off bc of his leg. Why would LSU fans make excuses for Tua?

Don’t worry about that. It’s ok for you to admit Burrow played better than Tua. He was hurt after all.

I think you misunderstand. LSU fans are saying he’s exactly who he’s always been.

He has a career 60% completion percentage vs. top 25 teams.

I’m seeing LSU fans say tua was given tds and then in the same breath criticize his completion pct despite many drops.
