It was the only good example I could find.

Though I usually fill one of those camel backs up with enough to last the whole game. Not hard to hide that.

Why would anyone leave the stadium at the half anyway?
Unless you are sitting in the bottom deck near exits it's likely to be impossible to leave and get back in time for kickoff.
And Matt, did you ever get your PS3 SEC Net to work?

Just wear jeans and boots and stick a plastic fifth of whiskey in your boot.. works for me everytime.

If you are on the student side and and tailgating in Spence you have a decent amount of time to shotgun some beers/drink if you hustle up and down the ramps

Walk out, give 3 other friends those ticket stubs. They get in for free.
I never did exactly that but when I was young & dumb I used to get my friends who had seats in the upper deck on the floor level of Reunion Arena for Mavs games.
If you had floor tickets or a press pass you could go up to the concession stands around the upper concourse. Instead of showing your ticket to get back down they gave you a little red "ticket" like people use for auctions. They would give it to you at the top of the stairs as you got to the door to go out. To get back down you just gave them back the little ticket.
I would put my pass in my pocket, go up the stairs near my seat with fans at halftime, get a "ticket", give it to one of my friends and then go down on the press elevator using my pass.
I would then put the pass back in my pocket, go back up the stairs close to the elevator, get another "ticket" give it to the other fiend and go back down the press elevator.
I was only able to do it for games that didn't sell out. My friends just watched to see where there were empty seats.
If there's anyone that used to work for the Mavs that posts here now, I quit doing it after they moved to the AAC.

Gosh dangit, don't try it at Kyle Field. Security checks the ladies' purses.

Flasks in your Cowboy Boot is the way to go.

You are going to learn that liquor is your gameday friend. Beer is alright, but if you want to stay lit the whole time you will have to get serious.
You aren't drinking enough beer if you can't stay drunk the whole time. Then again, not many places tailgate like LSU does.

It's not a stupid rule at all. I used to work with LSU's Event Managment and it's a freaking hassle getting people in the stadium before kickoff, but having to do that twice? Hell naw man.

I prefer liquor because then I don't have to piss all the time. Waiting in those lines sucks

Exactly what I do every game. Never had my boot flask taken.

I don't have an issue with this for football. Where it will affect me is baseball. Not that I leave the park during the game (never do that), but there have been plenty of times where I have entered the park only to discover that I need something else out of my car (often weather related). That will be a major pain in the butt. I do usually have an extra ticket, however, so I guess if I really have to get something, I can go back one time.

This. I have legitimately almost pissed my pants a couple times.

Yeah welcome to the SEC, dumbest rule ever in my opinion. If I have a valid ticket, why the hell can't I leave and return, give me one good reason.
Probably UF students and fans leaving at half time, running across the street, crushing as many beers as possible and going back to the game. Admirable if you have the facilities to do it, but somewhat non PC these days.
