That's kind of what I would expect, but damn he's elusive and it seems like he just "turbo boosts" to his 40 speed...not necessarily the fastest on the field, but almost like he's immediately running top speed as soon as his feet move. I don't think I've ever seen anybody move so quickly with a "first step."
