You’re using a sexual assault to defend Brandon Miller. Kudos.

They can, but they aren't.

Nate and Brandon have cooperated with authorities completely and to this point have been completely absolved of any wrong-doing.

Kelly's program threatened the victim and never cooperated in the slightest.

What's there to defend? He hasn't been charged with anything.

I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy from posters like yourself.

And clearly, from your response, it's working.

Didn’t read because you are a douche bag. But my opinion kid isn’t guilty of anything and should be left alone unless proven otherwise. If there is evidence that proves guilt then he should be brought to justice as you and I would be. Also HC get away with way to much bs. coach O also in that opinion. Anything not to hurt the program. They make millions why would they want to weaken program. We all forget there are sports and then there is the real world.

TROLL!
"At the time, university spokesman Dennis Brown reiterated the county prosecutor's statement that Seeberg's story "was in 'conflict' with the accounts provided by the accused student and two students who were with them that night."

"We will not suspend a student based on an allegation, and certainly won't suspend one when the evidence supports his story, as the prosecutor stated," Brown said, before describing Seeberg's report as "an allegation of touching above the waist ... He says it was consensual. She says it wasn't."

So you support the DA stating Miller won't be charged and that he shouldn't be suspended then, right?

Nice victim blaming though. That barn class really shines through.

You can’t know this. You are comparing a years old story to a current, breaking story.

Facts are still coming out. You are assuming Oates and others are acting with good intentions, with no evidence to back that up.

There was no penetration, according to Seeberg’s description of the incident. She and the player were in his dorm room at Notre Dame together. She said she became uncomfortable. Then the player touched her breasts, which under Indiana law constitutes sexual battery. The accused said the act was consensual and according to his lawyer, as quoted in the South Bend Tribune, was a “complete gentleman.”

If only those wanting him kicked off the team, expelled and charged with a crime could apply those same standards.

Bama fans sure are coming off as a rough crowd comparing murder with less crimes. It’s disturbing

Good lord what a mental gymnastics act you're pulling here.

You are defending a rape at Notre Dame in order to be able to cast stones at big brother over a player that hasn't been charged with a single crime.

It doesn't get any lower than that, little bro.

Says a "Stump" who's name promotes rape. Especially prison rape and you are proud of it.

Anyone with a brain knows Miller is going to be the star witness in the trial. It's almost laughable how the university is using that to keep their season alive. Karma is going to be a bitch but we know you don't care you guys just post in every thread about Miller.
