No, but I know what it will look like with Saban. He's been doing it for over a decade.

Yet he will feed a player all kinds of shite to try to get him to stay like talking about the heisman. Saban has no shame, that much is clear.

It shouldn't be a tough choice for him, IMO.

I still don't get it. Was I throwing stones? I seriously think it should be a pretty easy decision for him. I think it is a pretty easy decision for Cam and Fairley as well.

I was just shocked saban is filling his head with heisman talk to try to get him to stay.

Julio has the talent to be in the heisman discussion, it all depends on AJ/McElwain now.

I have a friend on the coaching staff. He said that Julio really wants to stay. The only reason he would go is because his mom is working 2 jobs and he wants to help her out. Ofcourse Ingram and Dareus are gone for sure. saban told them both to go.

its a crap shoot really. I would say go, if the outlook is favorable for draft position.

another year could do wonders for his standing, however it is offset by the potential for injury.

as an AU fan I want him to go, so he cant Victimize us again next year :P

I want him to stay. He isn't a top 15 pick IMO, and can improve his stock with another good year like this one. Plus the thought of AJ bombing it to Julio is a good one.

no doubt Buckeye - but I will say it again - I don't want him abusing our new D next year - go Pro

He would be a fool not to go Pro this year. His stock his high, Saban is selfish wanting him back- it is not worth the risk of an injury-

He is a Sunday player and needs to be there -he has given the Tide a couple of great years- time for him to play for himself

If Julio returns, it's not because Saban made him. It's his choice, and Saban is just advising him on what he thinks he should do. I would trust Saban's judgement on this if I was in Julio's shoes.

no you can't dude

Possibly win another national championship

highly unlikely, window closed on your class, 2-3 yrs from now yes

quote:

"I think he would be the No. 1 receiver in the country next year," Saban said. "He probably would be a guy, who would have a chance to make a lot of national honors in terms of whether it's winning an award like the Biletnikoff (Award) or maybe even being in the Heisman Trophy hunt.

please. No chance. Saban trying hard to keep him round though

Also, has Julio played an entire year without an injury since he's been there?

Not yet, I don't think. He's always been a little banged up. He dominated with a broken hand though, so
