JT has 15 games of film.
He passes the arm strength test.
He passes the football IQ test.
He passes the physical/build test.

He has red flags on his knee still.
Red flags on his throwing motion.

If the idea is that he can work his way into the first round next year is plausible, someone will be happy to grab him in the 3rd or 4th. He isnt an unknown quantity.

It's crazy how everyone is taking this quote and assuming he meant he hasn't given much thought on returning when he could simply mean he hasn't thought about it one way or the other? Granted, I haven't seen the direct quote of the exchange so I am assuming. Really matters how the question was posed.

Imagine him being at a nail salon and tweeting " Yall aint gonna like it but I got to do it" and everyone saying he was tranfering based off of that.....This whole forum is nuts.

That's literally how every player is coached to answer the "are you leaving early?" question.

This is a great year to turn Pro if you are a QB. One quarter of the NFL teams will be looking to draft a starter or a backup this year. Big money to be made.

Money is still made in the first round.

Making a roster isnt the questionmark. Guaranteed money is the questionmark.

Pretty spot on with your last two.
It’s not a huge sample but pretty good!
He could definitely be a 4th round, maybe 3rd w a good bowl and combine.

I think what hurts some was him not being available to play the Bama and UF games. Had he outplayed Mac and/or Trask, he’d be looking at a 2nd round..?
IMO, he’d prob declare had he played a full season.

The scary thing is that Stetson Bennett was beating both Bama and Florida when he gets injured. Of course JT would have gone off.

That may also be another question-mark on JT.

He is a playmaker when surrounded by playmakers. Subpar OL (USCw) and he is not one to create offense with his legs. He can outthink a defense. But most can only do that if given time in the pocket. JT isnt one to throw a bunch of balls away. He takes sacks and forces balls. Something needed from a QB when the passing attack is needed to create offense. You get what you surround him with.

Money is made with the second contract for QBs. This year some later round QBs are going in the first round due to need.

Forest gump said it best.

It is probably both (you dumbass).

Money is made in the first round and 2nd contract. It doesnt have to be mutually exclusive.

QBs are drafted on potential. Look at Tua and his hip injury.

Interesting how many rivals are continuously interested in UGA matters.
