You mean the same Brent Venables that beat texas and had 10 wins 2 years ago?

How about 22-17 in 3 years including two losing seasons and the worst loss in OU history to Texas. Yes that guy. Glad you're happy with him though, maybe you goobers will keep him longer.

22-17

Well that settles it. We're doomed.

Tom Osborne also lost 7 straight bowl games before winning 3 national titles. Yes let's just get rid of BV and his top 10 recruiting classes!

It doesn't matter. Josh Pate is never right about anything. Sometimes not even close.

And he still can't keep people off his knob.

I don't get the OU fans love for Venables. They think he is a top tier coach and can do no wrong. On every expert's coaches rankings, he's not even listed in the top 10 of his own conference!

If he would have never coached at OU and was an outsider, they would feel different.

He’s had the 5th best SEC class and the 10th best SEC class..

I know, right? This isn't the B12 anymore. They barely sneaked in at 10 on the SEC rankings this year. Hang the banner

Georgia at 11 is just a bridge too far. Notre Dame is high. I could see LSU being that good. Clemson, I think was just for the reactions

We don't give a shite about where he ranks on your coaches list. Sarkisian wouldn't have ranked in the top 10 either if they were in the SEC when he took over. That's how arbitrary and useless your "ranking" is to new HCs.

We care about what's coming. We are about to put the first fully complimentary team on the field in over a decade, not another fatally flawed one-trick pony who's good at one thing. That's why....

Tell me you don't know Sooner fans without telling me you don't know Sooner fans.

Being an insider on staff at OU gets you absolutely nothing in terms of good graces here. We will run you off just as quickly as any outsider regardless of your past here as a former coach and or player. I can think of three "insiders" on staff that have glowing seats under them right now in fact.

That's entirely irrelevant now.

Josh Pate is the millennial YouTube version of Colin Cowherd. Both are absolutely terrible and clueless blowhards.

How the heck did LSU do last year when the team were ranked high and then at the end of the year LSU ened up being unranked.

Because of numbers. OU didn't take many players this year. Quality not Quantity it was a good class.

You were 8th in the SEC in average player ranking.

Don't bring logic into this. They are 9th in the SEC on avg player rating on 24/7, 8th on On3, but hang the banner.
