Competence translates anywhere. This is not hard. It's been hilarious to see the haters try to spin a truly great hire negatively. Of course, the first bad loss and they will be back in force as if no great coach has ever had a bad loss before. And when he lifts a trophy they'll be long gone. We all know the game.
