It can be a painful process, more so for Compos II and III. But, paying for the extra Tricare benefits > anything with the VA. Also, ensure you set up the spouse survivor benefits. It is a small chunk out of your retirement pay to ensure benefits persist beyond your death

Yeah. I have done all that. When I called they were surprised that my TRICARE eligibility had been completely turned off. And yes, it is because they tend to misunderstand AGR management.

Actually know one of the vendors who paid him under the table for several hundred autographs.
Did it for Cam, Fairley, Julio, and Dareus too. Much easier to lowball on that lump sum for a signing when they don't have agents yet.

I suppose there may be 2 or 3 goatherds in the hinterlands of Uzbekistan that would be surprised by this.
