i feel really bad for this dude. he is a much more likeable human being than the hogs previous douche of a coach. he doesnt deserve all this, for the first time in a while i will be rooting for the hogs tomorrow

It's a personal matter and completely up to John L whether it is released. I know you see through the lense of how this effects Arky but would you want the time you're grieving with your family to be in the mix of the media circus? Good for him not releasing it and good for the AD for not spoiling it.
The tone of your post makes it seem you're more concerned with the hammering "the school" took. John L obviously could have released this any time he wanted.

Poor fella. Like a lot of you have said, I feel awful for him. He seems like a pretty nice guy regardless of his coaching and financial woes. I hope things come around and life does him a solid. Really pulling for Arky tomorrow now.

That bit about his favorite pastime being following his brother's teams and his wearing an Arky hat in the obit pic is kinda heartbreaking.

This just hurts, I feel so bad for him. I honestly want to look into sending him a hand written letter. I would really like to see him make it through these hard times. I hope Arky destroys the rest of their opponents. I hope the team rallies around him and shows him support. This really does put things into perspective. We all get so caught up in it, but it is just a game and we forget about the human beings that get caught up in the mess sometimes. I wish you all the best of luck and health to your families, friends and respective teams. Life is short everyone.

The guy's a goober, but I feel bad for him. All of the duress at Arkansas isn't his fault. My mind wouldn't be in a job either if my bank account was posted online n humiliating fashion for the whole world to see and ow this.
