Funny an LSU fan talking about how weird a coach is, When Les Miles is the biggest retard in football, at least JLS doesn't eat grass. By the way the assistants will be calling the plays.

Knile Davis said it was "the happiest day of his life" when he heard JLS was coming back to be interim coach. Maybe you are just lazy, the players love him

FWIW, it doesn't appear to have helped your intellect. Thats why it's many times referred to as an "idiot box".

reminds me more of a irritated grandpa than a leader

How does this affect the ocean?

Yeeeaaaahhhh that's not exactly how it works. If he files Chapter 7, his unsecured debts are discharged, but pretty much anything with a lien stays. If he files Chapter 13, all creditors receive payment. The unsecured creditors will receive considerably less than what he owes (something like 10 cents on the dollar), but it's still better than receiving nothing at all.
ETA: The next time you insult someone by calling them a degrading name, you might want to use spellcheck.

I've always thought Bobby kept team morale pretty high. He isn't the most moral person in the world, but that's the issue at hand, is it?

What was spelled incorrectly and hopefully you won't be on the other end of a bankruptcy hearing..

Autocorrect corrected....morale to moral.

"smuck" is about the complete opposite of John L.

Sarcasm...nice.
Clearly you are ignorant of the bankruptcy process and the mess the debtors have to go through to file. Sure, there have been people in the past who have abused the Chapter 7 system, but trustees have cracked down on that hard in the last few years. You don't just get to file because you don't want to pay people. It's not that easy.

Look out, we got a finance major up in here.

If Gene Chizik can win a National Championship then just about any chump can with the right talent.

It's not smuck, it's schmuck. If you've lost money to a debtor due to unsecured credit, I'm sorry for your loss, but that's a business risk you took.

You're right about the the sarcasm. Dude is a douche, defend the legal system all you want as I don't know anyone who is well thought of that has declared bankruptcy.
