But I like Dan Mullen and rumors on bodda getta 247 is that he’s hiring Mullen once he’s established as AD

If true then he’s my man!

War eagle!

No fricking way that would happen.

So does Harsin, so it would be hilarious for Auburn to hire Mullen.

There are alot of reason State fans are hoping he is gone. I will throw a few things out and that don't got pushed under the rug.

Thank you for your answers. These are all things I had not heard about before and very valid reasons to not like him. The “Dude” is incredible but I didn’t know they went that far over budget.

It’s a myth that Mullen hates recruiting

Florida fans made that up because they are in denial that the UF UAA hand cuffs their coaches

Everyone claims Napier loves recruit g and is is a great recruiter but he’s producing the same exact results on the trail as Mullen did.

Actually he arguably is dojng worse.

[Dellenger] John Cohen has informed Mississippi State officials of his resignation from the school, sources tell @SINow. The expectations is he will be named the Auburn AD as soon as today in a deal that was being finalized over the weekend.

Gus's RPO made Cam. Something he didn't have at MSU. People didn't know how to defend it in 2010, and Cam made it harder. People had issues with it with Marshall as QB in 13-14. MSU would have been a little better than 8-4 (maybe). Of course if Cam played at MSU, he would have had to come back in 2011.

Taken out of context

And he said he will TALK about recruiting in the off season.

Plus he did as well as Napier is doing now

Does Napier hate recruiting too?

According to a report from Sports Illustrated, Auburn is set to ink Cohen to a five-year contract worth $1.5 million annually to take over the Tigers’ athletics department. That represents a significant raise for Cohen, who was making $1.1 million annually after agreeing to a four-year extension at Mississippi State back in July.

Cohen’s reported $1.5 million deal to come to the Plains also represents a significant investment by Auburn and new president Dr. Chris Roberts. Former athletics director Allen Greene made $625,000 annually over the course of his five-year deal after then-president Steven Leath poached him from Buffalo

Cohen informed Mississippi State president Mark Keenum of his resignation, effective immediately, the university announced late Monday morning.

Terry Bowden would have a better shot at getting hired by AU a second time.
