ggy says that Chavis doesn't need time of possession to get the job done. Now I'm confused. Does he need it or doesn't he?

He may or may not need to win T.O.P to have success, but no one is going to have consistent success when they lose T.O.P by 14 minutes AND the O only gains 219 yards.

Y'all ain't winning this year.

Not for Chavis' return to Tiger Stadium.

Place will be rocking and your players don't have the chest for that.

Actually LSU will lose some key games before they play A&M thereby taking away a lot of their will to win. At least that will be the excuse.

I took my medicine, even though I never predicted a win last year. In the rare chance that the Tom Brady saga makes God not care about watching football this season (who can blame her) and we lose to LSU I will be here to take my medicine. I promise. Yall can rub that shite in my face.

LSU has won the last 4 in a row, yet Aggy loudcaps every offseason that this year will be different. It isn't fun to give aggy his medicine because he's the black knight. A flesh wound! Whatever, bro.

Some are surely the fault of the D. Some are on the O.

But out of the two the defense has been the strength of the LSU program. That is clear as day.

Meh, the last couple of years have been a blast.

Nothing any of yall can say can suck worse than 0-77.

Again, aggy says Chavis doesn't need TOP. Which is it? Does he need it as you say or is aggy right?

My favorite moment in that game (which was an abc GOTW if I remember correctly) was when a player for A&M got a tackle for loss (on the drive where OU rushed it 13 times in a row) when the score was already 77-0 and the guy celebrated like he won the Super Bowl. It was the funniest thing I've seen in college football. I think one of the OU players scoreboarded him.

To be fair, I have never predicted a win against LSU before this season. And I have a decent reason to predict that win will happen next year looking at it objectively.

Exactly why I will be here taking my medicine if that is what comes to pass. You can count on it. I am not a bitch like some people.

I have pity for people who get banned on here after losses. It's football. Take a step back. I love it as much as anyone, but Arkansas fans act like I shouldn't be able to live my life because they won a football game. haha.

After losing 4 in a row, do y'all think you'll finally get over the Bama hump? I don't check the Tiger Rant, but this has got to be y'all's year, right?

You know, it DOES kinda piss me off. I WAS here the day after LSU beat A&M last season. I took my medicine, even though I never predicted a win last year. Yall can rub that shite in my face.

But I know yall won't offer the same. Yall won't. And I will try to ruin the Rant with bookmarked bumped posts to force a melt along with the other Aggies and it won't matter. The LSU mods will just delete or anchor our threads when we end up winning. It will be very bittersweet.

So yes, I am melting. I will have to fricking lurk on TD to get any good schadenfreude even though every day yall give us golden material on here. Makes it all seem like a waste of an offseason.

If LSU wins for a 5th time in a row, I trully expect half your fanbase to commit suicide.

You're right, LSU definitely needed that extra motivation the last two years......

Wait a second....

I have no idea. No one has been doing much beating of Alabama lately. I wouldn't count on beating them, but we've been competitive in most of those games. One day we'll get a break. Whether it is this year, I don't know. We'd need to see a much better quarterback or a much worse Alabama qb.

Yeah his D is always good when he has good DE's. LSU fans say he won't do well but that is not true. He's a good upgrade in College Station

No one says he isn't a good coach. However, you're fooling yourself if you believe the 2015 aTm defense will acheive what his best UT or LSU defenses did. The overall talent is not yet there. Maybe in a year or two.

That is a great example. Many many LSU fans on here never completely took their medicine for that Arky loss. By all rights they should have had a whole offseason of making them eat shite and instead LSU fans have sidestepped many of the Arky fans like the Rant is a fricking game of Dance Dance Revolution or something.

That is why I came to the realization in this thread that all these daily Chavis threads are for naught. We win as I expect and LSU fans will avoid facing the fact that they were wrong. We lose and Aggies will talk about how Chavis needs two years to implement his defense. It has all been forum masterbation.

I guess what really makes me mad about it is all of us KNOW LSU fans can outmelt anyone. I mean, many many LSU fans are bitches. Yet the reaction to a dozen bumped threads by Aggies will be an army of RAs and not tasty melts.

LSU is like the hottest girl at your high school, that then goes to college and puts on a little weight but is still VERY cute. You never had a chance in high school despite your fantasies, but you hit it off with her at a reunion and you take her back to your place. There you are with what was once the goddess of your high school and you can't WAIT to do all the shite you fantasized in high school- BJs, anal sex, cowboy style, fricking her in the shower, fricking her in the kitchen, etc. But then when you actually get her home she informs you she only likes missionary style in a bed, which you begrudgingly accept, only to find she COMPLETELY slipped out when she said she "had to go to the bathroom" because telling her just 1% of your fantasies about her creeped her the frick out. So you angrily beat yourself off mentally imaginging you hatefcking her just to put it in your past.

That will be me the day after we beat LSU.
