shite - on a post season band.
They've gone full lack of institutional control by playing the player before seeking any right to doing so. They didn't seek legal remedy they took matters into their own hands. And did it with a 100-200 thousand dollar booster judge.
Which is way broader than a one sport mister-meander and certainly deserves more than a post season ban or forfeiting his played in games. That was their ploy because Nate couldn't see another way... so why not risk it... it would be nearly the same as out right losing.
It's literally a f'you to every team in the nation and the NCAA and indirectly to all their-other sports programs. And more likely a Level One violation (than the other three classifications) due to it's blatancy, impact to the game, and slap to the the NCAA. This wasn't about players right to money but ignoring the rules of the game without first asking.
