Just looking at the box score showing 20 of 28 for Jones for 225 and 2 TD. May not win the game, but Jones hasn’t tried to throw it 50 times.

No worries. Mac got credit for a 48-yard TD pass that bounced off two guys and landed in his receiver’s hands. It was a terrible throw. The play after he tried a left handed shuffle pass that was close to being a fumble.

Yea, Mac got 50 yards on said desperation fluke play. Mac also fumbled in the end zone and should’ve been a bengals TD. Bad ref call.

And Bama clowns continue to think their Covid sham of a championship was better than LSU’s with Burrow. It’s clear our receivers and QB were a level above of what you had. It’s clear Bama only looked as good as they did because half the country was sitting out and there were no true road games. Until somebody beats 7 top 10 teams in a 15 game season (real season) LSU 19 will stand alone as the GOAT.

BTW... Burrow is a good QB. Mac lost his OC after his rookie season and the ridiculous hires Belichick made after that boggles the mind...plus adding nothing of note at the WR position. Miami didn't exactly care they lost Parker. They let two OL starters walk in FA as well. You just don't do all this to a 2nd year QB that showed promise as a rookie. Contrast with what Cincy did for Burrow after his first season...focused like a laser on upgrading their OL and drafted a legit WR1 for him in Chase.
Both guys are good QBs...but there's no doubt Burrow has more talent around him...which isn't a negative, just a fact.
