Do a face replace better than I did with the images provided. You've got the real Joe pictures and here is the one I used, which I would also like you to use.

Step up or shut up. In other words, produce a better outcome with exactly the same images that I used and just do a face replace, don't make it any more elaborate that that.

Even with a perfect Photoshop the entire premise is not funny and actually kind of odd.

It depends on how you consider it. I consider it funny because it ridicules Joe Burrow for posing for a photo holding a book while in bed.
The photo he allowed to be took is very feminine looking, to me, and seems weird for a football player.
