Last time AU football was in NCAA trouble was almost 30 years ago. How many times has Bama been on probation since then?

Yeah, STFU and sit down. Bama has zero credibility talking about anyone and probation.

He did. But it was with the eye roll that meant while it was not legal to do so in the past it was happening anyway. I almost got a "it's Bama" or it's ________ (fill in the blank) vibe. He didn't name any names though.

A lot of the NIL shite that is going on now isn't legal. Schools aren't allowed to directly orchestrate things but I don't think anyone's following that guideline.

We were doing what everyone else was doing. Difference was that Jackie Sherrill was arrogant and pissed off the sip media. We also owned t.u. on the football field. They needed a way to put a stop to getting dominated.

I was a student at UF 15 years ago and basically every football player had a nice car, off campus apartment, jewelry, etc. So I just lol at people freaking out over NIL like this is a new thing.

Bingo. Everybody can stop with the "we don't do it". Everybody does, has and will. It's just legal now.

What's really funny were the yahoos saying a year ago that "nil won't amount to much, it's gonna be a few hundred dollars". How damn stupid.
This was going to be tens of millions, used for recruiting and used in getting transfers. Bama has a qb that will leave with millions. And before the "the athletes generate the money so they should get it". Well the company I work for generated 12 million in profit last WEEK. My department was responsible for 9 of that...I can assure I saw a miniscule amount of that but I also understand that's not how it works.

Dabo just sad that NIL has brought the bag into the open. Schools that were hesitant about doing illegal shite can now fully swing their money. His little Clemson church of bag wont be able to keep up with the big programs. Poor Clemson and Dabo.

Bama has been making strong arse offers since Saban arrived. I’m actually disappointed in Lsu . Every player on this team should be sponsored by Tony’s,Zattarains,Tabasco,Crystal,etc.. Our boosters have money to pay millions in buyouts for Ed Orgeron and all of his stupid hires and millions for Kelly but they can’t navigate NIL to pay the players. It’s ridiculous!
