It gives me so much satisfaction to know how important 74-72 is to y'all. A fluke 2pt win at home in 7OT.
1-8 against LSU since 2011.

Don't forget the "Jimbo Fisher: NCAA Division I National Champion 201_" plaque.

Listen real close....that’s not zydeco music. It’s mouth breathing. They’re here.

Ah yes. The trophy of honor.

I think jimbo is mostly safe because of his contract at least this year. I understand Aggie is not shy about opening the check book, but at some points its ridiculous. I think it will go like this for jimbo:
10+ wins- safe
8/9 wins- his seat is warm for 2021
7/8 wins- his seat is boiling for 2021
6 wins or fewer- he is fired this year

Y'all had more talent than Tech too.
Yet under Leach we were still 7-3 against y'all.

As long as Jimbo averages nine wins a season, gets a minor bowl bid, doesn't drop below the third best program in Texas and beats LSU every fourth or fifth year, Aggie will be ecstatic. They know what their ceiling is.

Classic underachievers.

It was literally the 2nd greatest moment in their program's history.
A lot of older Aggys still brag about 1914 A&M beating LSU. They IRL bring up a victory that happened over a CENTURY ago as if it happened yesterday.
You can't make this shite up.

It’s actually a cost cutting move at this point.
How much you think a top 7 college HC would cost annually right now in 2020?
Cost cutting move? You are on hook to pay Jimbo a MINIMUM for the next 8 years. Jimbo is 22-15 and 1-9 against top 10 teams since 2016. Orgeron is 41-9 and 12-3 against the Top 10 since taking over the LSU program. He has one a national championship and changed the culture yet his contract was only extended for 6 years and $42 million. I don’t think Fisher is a top 10 coach and I can only imagine the extension he would get if he does happen to win a NC at A&M.
