Next time, there is a tool called google you can use. It will assist in making you look less like an idiot.

The real question is, will t.u. get a chance to play a P5 team in the tournament this year? The easiest regional and super opponents by far.

Texas play the next team on the schedule, same as aggy.

Oh, wait ...

Which is it?

ECU had won 22 of their last 23 before yesterday, this is stupid.

How is playing a top 8 seed on the road in the supers the easiest super regional “by far.” I don’t like Texas either but try to at least be rational

The easiest regional and super regionals are Virginia Tech and Stanford

I literally had no idea who Jim Schlossnagle was until I opened this thread…not even joking.

He’s a top 5 college baseball coach. You not having heard of him isn’t a dig at A&M if that’s what you were going for

Not to mention that A&M has had multiple seasons come to a close by playing @Rice for supers, who is also not a Power 5 team.

It's incredibly obvious when posters don't watch college baseball and think the hierarchy is exactly like college football instead.

The A&M fanbase, as represented on this and other message boards, is a complete and total embarrassment. At the first modicum of success you run over here to make threads about the longhorns. You are so obsessed with what they think and are doing at all times, I almost think you guys would rather see them lose than see the Aggies win. Unfortunately, you guys can’t contain yourselves and come spewing your obsessive drivel before you actually win anything of import only to see your teams completely choke when it really matters. But what truly makes you the worst fanbase on this site is that your smack talk, like the above, is somehow actually more mediocre than your athletic department.

You took a long time to write this, went back to correct it, and you still aren’t using the big words you’ve chosen correctly. I’m guessing that you are guessing their meaning and don’t really know what they mean.

Anyway, you are neither clever nor smart and you are looking pretty foolish right now. Maybe you should sit this one out and rethink things.

What Schlossnagle has done is completely overhaul the roster and is getting this group of mixed and matched players to buy in, to play gritty, fundamental baseball for the most part. They play hard for the Aggie Fans and for each other.

What he has accomplished is just a great baseball story.

“But it only means something if he wins a game in Omaha”, said only biased people who have an agenda against A&M anyway.

How long have you been watching baseball? During the Wayne Graham years, where Rice made the tournament 23 consecutive years, went to Omaha 7 times in an eleven year span and won the championship in 2003, Rice most definitely WAS a top five program in the national.

Same could be said for TCU in the few years we kept getting stuck in a regional with them.

Where? One Arkansas post before this and it was a compliment.

Since I was 7 years old going to Disch-Falk Field (2000). I know how it works.

I 100% agree and respect all of that. Which is why people saying ECU being "the easiest opponent in supers" is such a dumb comment. They have a very respectable program themselves and I don't think there'd be any shame falling short to a team like that in their home stadium should Texas fail to get it done today.

This message is coming from the dwarf.

1. Get a chair.

Well since you’ve watched so much college baseball you’d know:

Rice has won a national championship and has 7 CWS appearances.

ECU has 0 CWS appearances.

This is their third straight super regional. They’re a good program. What conference they’re in is irrelevant

TCU had been to zero until Schloss got there and were in the WAC, CUSA, and MWC
