JFF is a better playmaker. Dynamic, explosive, dangerous as they come.

Mariota is a better QB and football player and will have a better career.

Aggie done learnt what it's like week to week in the SEC. UTex wouldn't want any part of it.

I will take a ban bet on that if it can be enforced. I'm not saying JFF's will be better, but every Oregon QB burns out in the NFL faster than anyone.

That would be a hell of a bump to enforce it considering it will be years before this could be determined. Not to mention, who you play for in the NFL has a lot to do with it. Cleveland is having a better year than normal, but i would bet on Mariota having a better career just based on the fact that Cleveland is where QB's go to die. The only worse situation for a QB is in Oakland, and i doubt they draft a QB with Carr on the team.

Mariota has a better head on his shoulders and seems to have a better arm.

JFF was electric but I would take Mariota.

When is the last time Oregon had a QB that was expected to do anything in the NFL? Not Thomas. Not Masoli. Maybe Dixon, but I don't think anybody expected him to be anything more than a backup. The last Oregon QB I can think of that was supposed to maybe be a good pro was Joey Harrington. One guy nearly 15 years and 2 coaches ago isn't indicative of a pattern. How can they burn out when they weren't going to be good to begin with?

The more I watch, the more I believe this.

If I get to pick from the last few Heisman QB's and Mariota it goes Cam/JFF, soft arse RG3, then Rapey & Mariota.

Sorry but the level of competition Mariota faced was no comparison to the caliber JFF played against. Hell, AZ is the best defense he's faced in the PAC and it took him three tries to get a win.

Sorry, but you're an idiot among idiots. JFF and every SEC team feasts on five cupcakes a year. Oregon, and Mariota, actually routinely beat top ranked teams. Every year.

After nine games, AZ was the fifth best defense.

We get our first round center back for the game. That was part of there reasons for the false starts. Our oline is going to be healthy.

Texas A&M vs Alabama 0-59

WoW... Serious case of battered wife syndrome here. Let me guess, you were dick riding Oklahoma after the 77-0 victory over the Aggies as well.

Next time pimp out your own team at least.

Okay so the biggest offensive output against bama ever led by Johnny, do you expect mariota to match?

Are we to expect Oregon to put up the stupid stats Johnny did with a&m?

For the record I think mariota is solid player I am just skeptical on the defenses he has played, I still think Gordon will have been robbed for a career heisman though
