sounds to me like the first step to using to rico act to investigate the whole football team.

Purty sure you haven't seen pics of the "other guy".

It's deeper than the Marine, me thinks.

Marine was reported to be the worst of the injuries, unless a new picture has surfaced. I'm just repeating what the police said about the injures being of the 'cuts and bruises' type.

Davenport, Downs, and Landry are all reserves from what I've seen. JJ is...well...a QB.

I think Downs is a starter.

Just not sure if Semper Fi wasn't the least of the two. Odds are we know very little of what happened and are about to see something no one wants to see pretty soon.

Have you ever thought... maybe it's your coaches

With what happened to your OC and now this... just not a way you want to start the season

We all thought it was Crowton, duh. OC is still on staff fwiw, and is involved in both the playcalling and game planning. We won't feel the effects of that this year.

But seriously, the worst returning QB in the NCAA facing a suspension? Big deal. Both of his backups are capable, thankfully.

I'd be shocked if he was hit with anything more than simple/1st degree battery -- and is suspended for a few games. Oregons starting QB admitted to smoking pot to a cop (and riding in a car going 120mph) and that is far worse than a barfight.

Well per the witness on the forums the marine got it the worst, and he wasn't even that beat up. He had a busted nose, big deal You see worse than that weekly in higschool.

Yeah, but only hurts depth. He never plays for extended lengths.

Some witnesses had JJ leaving a full 10 mins before the fisticuffs as well...

Hey, no digging here from me. I think it sucks all the way around and wish none of this ever happened. Sincerely.

Never thought we would get any points for the Fulmer Cup this year.

He doesn't speak for the whole fan base. Granted, we do have some idiots.

play one of the two (potentially better) QBs who has been getting snaps in practice? seriously, it's not that bad

hell, a few weeks ago people were calling for Lee/Mett to start (and opposing fans wanted JJ, that says alot ) -- they may just get their wish.

Big blow, that's probably the one player LSU couldn't afford to lose. Sucks that it happened so close to the start of the season. On the other hand, a Mett/Lee medley might be better than having JJ. Hmm.

I think you're one of the only people in the nation who thinks that JJ is the one player LSU couldn't afford to lose. Seriously.

Your back up threw for 4 TDs in a single game last year. Your #2 QB.
