even though the "incident" is not football related it involves your friends and teammates. the fear of jail time, missing games and community service.
plus, the "unknown" repercussions are troublematic. your depth chart is sketchy to say the least. who will be in the line up and who will not, just don't know.

LOL time for Miles to go Please explain, He has one of the winning coach at LSU, He runs a cleaner program then most... He has no problem kicking problem players of the team starter or not... and the players and fam love him... is it a Marine or a frat boy? I've been working on a gif of him kicking a frat boy. I thought the Marine just showed up looking for a fight and jumped in.

I love how LSU fans are trying to turn this in to a positive. Please God, let Mett start against us this season. I'd love to see an all out battle come Nov 5th but I won't pretend like I wouldn't be excited to see us steamroll that jawja reject too.

from what I've heard...some football players were on their way home from the ice cream social at Baptist Campus Ministries when they stopped to help a homeless man who had fallen down. A drunk redneck was trying to get out of the parking lot and didn't want to wait until the homeless man was attended to...he started moving his truck forward so JJ and Josh Johns threw him out of the truck, hit the brakes and stopped it inches away from running over the man and several players. A marine, nearby, rushed to help, but the door of the truck hit him in the face as he approached. He fell down right under the scuffle and JJ accidentally stepped on his head.
that's just what I heard.
Kidding btw. Jefferson, Josh Johns, Jarvis Landry, and Chris davenport will be interviewed sometime this week for their involvement in a bar brawl on Friday morning.
Well some say JJ kicked a marine in the head, but we have seen the pics and it looks like that marine and every one of his buddies is full of shite. Now they are saying it wasn't the marine that was kicked it was the driver. Bottom line is their story keeps changing and has from the begining, but no one outside of the coaches and Nathan Fisher have spoken to the players so we are waiting for their side of the story, but a 2nd degree battery charge is possibly handed down to the guilty party.
BTW NBama, If a person is arguing with a pedestrian in the confines of his vehicle, but steps out of his car in the midst of the argument does that constitute assault? Someone on another board was trying to argue that his lawyer friend told him that.
I have no knowledge of criminal law so I am hoping you can shed some light on it.
