Not sure you know what you’re talking about. LSU usually has more juniors jump to the NFL than Bama, part of the reason y’all have beat us the last decade. Think we have the record with like 11 one year. It’s well known Saban does whatever it takes to get his juniors to stay. So pretty sure we know all too well about attrition, probably more so than y’all.
Last 3 drafts for Alabama:
2017: 10
2018: 12
2019: 10

That is not what he said. He never mentioned Alabama in that statement. He said the coaches did so much preparation and game planning for every game that it was like knowing the answers to the test. He said the win over Bama was the Heisman moment for the team.

Well why don’t you name them because what I looked up was
2017 - 3
2018 - 5
2019 - 4
And I mean only early entrants in the draft, not seniors. Likewise LSU has 9 early entrants this year. Same as two of those years combined. So yea, like I said we deal with it way more than y’all.

"Didn't do much personally". A bama fan's knowledge based opinion?? Funny, the ones whose opinions mean the most because they are his professional peers voted him the Eddie Robinson College Coach of the Year. As did the A.P. And his immediate peers in the SEC. Throw in the Home Depot Coach of the Year & he made a clean sweep. Finally, he found & hired Joe Brady, the Assistant Coach of the Year.

Yep. BAMA isn't going anywhere. LSU is getting a taste of what BAMA has dealt with every season for the last decade. Attrition is cruel, but somehow Saban managed to win 5 titles in spite of all the players and coaches Alabama has lost. That's why Saban is the GOAT.
This is why both Saban and Bama do have my upmost respect as a coach and program. Nick Saban is tied with Bill Belichick for the greatest coach of our generation. Nick is certainly the greatest college coach.
Bama has had multiple years of losing coaches and having most of their juniors leave. They have still managed unparalleled success. That is greatness.
Now the Bama fans are getting back from LSU fans EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAVE DISHED OUT for a fricking DECADE and they want to claim that LSU fans are being dicks to them. We have ate shite for a god damn DECADE from Gumps and we have one GOAT season, give a little bit of that shite sandwich back to Gump nation and they cry like a first time porn star rookie in their first anal scene.
Gumps, your team is great and coach is great but we just did something you NEVER did. We went 15-0 and won a Heisman and the championship. You will likely beat our arse next year since we lost a shite ton but we will rub this season in your face until that day comes. Deal with it, eat your shite sandwich and stfu.

There were other early enrolls that didn't get drafted. I'm not researching them all.

Doubtful, not at the amount of numbers you posted. The numbers you posted probably included seniors or maybe backup transfers. I’m counting actual talent that jumped to the draft early, real impact players.

You do realize those awards are mostly shite right?
The only award that matters is the national championship trophy he held at the end of the year. I never thought he would do it.
Maintaining success is not easy.

The numbers I quoted were the number of players drafted and 2018 is the college football record.

No shite.
You think LSU doesnt understand this? They had a good amount of success from 03 to 11ish then kind of fell off.

Do you think my comment was in a void, or do you think maybe there was some context about it? Like maybe talking about how Coach O will go down in history?

A) Players they know nothing about
and
B) Assistants who haven’t been hired yet
I know your hopes and wants are driving your agenda, you’ll have to excuse me if I dismiss your concern trolling as the incoherent ramblings of a fan worried his team’s time in the sun is over.
Alabama fans really thought they could have it all their own way, all the time, forever. Real life doesn’t work that way. We still coming my man.

Yep you are correct, being King comes with some negatives and some LSU fans are just now figuring that out. Everyone reveled when Bama would get decimated every year, only fair for them to do that for LSU now.

I think it looks dumb as shite for Bama fans to keep saying "success isnt easy to maintain" like that isnt plain as day to see.

Certainly have the opportunity to prove everyone wrong. I didn't think Coach O could win one, so another playoff run would be surprising as well.
But maybe the bigger reality is that most teams aren't able to do it.

Well I'm only 1 person, so let's get the myth I make up multiple fans out of the way.
And the ability to maintain is literally what the frick the existing conversation was about in regards to LSU and Coach O. If he's able to maintain he joins a list of other really good coaches who are able to do the same. If he isn't able to maintain, then he ends up looking like Gene Chizik. As I said, I think it'll be in between them.

SECR: O could never in a million years win a national championship!
Also SECR: O can't do it again!
The goal posts always move to fit whatever narrative a fanbase wants.
Of course there will be attrition, I think any LSU fan would say we aren't expecting another historic season. But will we still be competitive? Sure, I think so.
