If he wins the heisman I owe it to him to get a jersey, dude has made me a shite ton of money this year and a heisman will be the cherry on top

if you took off the names and didn't know the stats, there's no way you'd pick anyone but daniels as heisman.

You disagree?? I mean I get he’s a LSU homer. But the post pretty much just lists stats. You don’t think he made them up, do you?

Anybody who thinks JD doesn’t deserve it is just a lsu hater trying to cope massively. Or a fan of Oregon.

Nope
Which makes taking the guy that literally works for LSU Athletics and posting his quote as if it's some sort of defining assessment of the situation is silly

Any QB with 3 losses should be disqualified.

Pretty much.
Bo Nix is basically Captain Checkdown every week while JD5 is out running away from defensive backs and making NFL level throws.
Most CFB media personalities are hot take artists though so I would bet that Nix wins it.

Y'all should put that gif in your trophy case right next to your CO-SEC WEST Championship.

It should not even be close. JD has put up the best stats of the last ten Heisman winners, he’s at the top.

So you’re saying the idiot who posted this is a moron. Not sure you’re breaking any news here George. This place is 90% trolls and/or idiots.
And again if Worsham’s post was just his opinion it’s worthless. But it’s also showing a collection of meaningful stats in comparing the 3 QBs.

Manning couldn't win it in '97 cause he lost to Florida. I guess the Alabama, Ole Miss and Florida State losses don't disqualify Daniels, huh?

That’s not why Manning didn’t win it and you know it. ESPN and most of the college football world decided they wanted Charles Woodson to win it and the voters went along for the ride. I don’t see that being a narrative this year; the coverage seems fair. Well other than the SEC and ESPN putting Daniels last chance to impress Heisman voters opposite OSU and Michigan. That likely didn’t help him any.

many of the voters have said it
They aren't allowed to disclose their votes or they could lose them.
It's what closed down the Stiff Arm Trophy -HeismanPundit site after he correctly forecasted 12 straight Heisman winners in both "run away" and tightly contested years.
They can say he has the best stats, but saying he is THE best, most deserving or indicating their vote can cost them their ballot.

That was given as the "legitimate" reason Peyton shouldn't win. ABC/ESPN had just bought the ceremony, and they didn't want Peyton to have a walkover. Woodson was created as a stalking horse, and surprise! - it worked better than expected. And Woodson was a oneoff creation. How many other seasons have you seen a campaign created for a defensive player? Zero, including Champ Bailey who was a better 2-way player and had better stats than Woodson.
