Most of us think he deserves it. The trolling of the LSU fans is just in good fun.

I don't care if Daniels wins it, but serious question.
Who is the best team he beat this year? Not put up stats...not blaming the defense... it's all about winning in the end.
What was his best victory?

#4 (@ Orlando) FSU (first game)
Passing: 346 yds 1 TD / 1 INT
Rushing: 64 yds
#10 @ Ole Miss (lost a shootout 49-55)
Passing: 414 yds 4 TD
Rushing: 99 yds 1 TD
#8 @ Bama (Concussion early in 4th, DNF)
Passing: 219 yds 2 TD / 1 INT
Rushing: 163 yds 1 TD
LSU's defense is HISTORICALLY bad.

None of the other Heisman winners got passes because the rest of their team sucked. Is this the new LSU rule for awards like Bama's losses don't count when it comes to making the playoffs?

So again I ask... what was his best WIN?

Yes, it was a new rule. The rule for Auburn is they will make the playoff when they can lose less than 4 games in a season.

Ok, let me try the below to help you better understand.
LSU's total defense is ranked #101

Wrong question. It's not a team award. It is about elite performance, how you affect the team/game, and big moments in big games.
He checks all of those boxes well beyond any other this year.

Too injury prone/soft to go earlier
Yeah, never missing a game due to injury for a guy that gets hit as often as he does…. great take.
