That’s a very good hire. Jay is a great guy and a very good recruiter. I was privileged to watch him in high school as he was a senior when I was a freshman. One of the greatest backs I’ve ever seen. I was even a UT fan for four years.

Ok. I am kinda indifferent about Graham anyway. Would prefer a top notch recruiter as RB coach, but he is pretty good.
So is it a done deal? Not saying it isn't. Just saying that article was written by someone with a learning disability.

Jay is a good guy and a helluva RB coach and recruiter.
He left us to go back to Tennessee but then he saw the writing on the wall and bailed.

This really is telling about the new landscape of college football, though. Never before in history, until the last few years, would Tennessee have been unable to convince one of their alum to leave A&M for the same job in Knoxville.
