I don't know that why I said I'm reserving judgement. He was arrested because he was identified in a lineup and now his girlfriend is saying she's the one that hit the victim. The only people who know what really happened are giving two completely different accounts of it. This is going to be a non-story in a week unless someone has a video of it.

Yea I guess it is true we shouldn't jump to such conclusions even if he does look guilty. I remember not to long ago everyone thought a mother name Casey Anthony killed her poor lil girl. But later on after time we found out that she was innocent and it was actually some one else named Zanny the Nanny. Takes time for the truth to get out.

It really doesn't matter. It's going to be near impossible for them to get any sort of conviction of Mills with just the victim claiming it was him. With his girlfriend now claiming she was the one who hit the victim the case has no legs. Unless there is video evidence, like I said before, it will be dropped in a week.

I was there too. Mills jacked her once in the face, and his gf said "yeah Jae! Hit her again, but put some STANK on it!" so he hit her again.
