He's been charged (despite being a high-profile player) and he is not playing on the team.

But if he was still on the team and projected 1st round pick, do you think he would have been charged then in Athens? Kirby is as low life scum as Oats and Saban is. Hell wear do you think he learned it from?

He broke the law.....Miller did not.

In Alabama it depends on who’s interpreting the law. If it benefits Bama sports we know how it goes.

Possibly, IDK.

But I can't pile on over a hypothetical scenario.

I haven't been on tRant long enough to develop outrage over how a coach might have reacted, and it not being strict enough, if something that hasn't happened had happened.

That's doctorate level faux outrage. I'm still a freshman around here, learning where all my classes are.

And what about how Henry Ruggs was annihilated on this board?

I doubt the treatment will be the same.

The only piling on that needs to be done is on the Athens PD, who initially covered it up.

Brandon Miller is next…

Miller is not a suspect. Those involved were charged. Deal with it.

By ACC PD? The answer is a resounding YES and he would have not played another snap at UGA. ACC is on record for being blind to the UGA AD. The stories are legion and the ACC PD has always maintained that their job is to protect the citizens of ACC and to ensure the safety of the kids at UGA. They are NOTORIOUSLY vigilante about pressing charges against UGA athletes and students alike...they put up with a LOT on the streets of Athens but when the line is crossed there is little hesitation....eerybody goes to jail. It wasn't that way when Jim Donnan was coach but it has changed dramatically when Mark Richt became coach. There was some personal animosity between Richt, the ACC Cheif and the head of campus security. This was well known in Athens....I have seen signs of it firsthand when I was in business in Athens and in meetings where all parties were present. When Donnan was coach it is rumored that a certain QB and some cronies more or less ran Athens with the apporval of at least some of the police agencies in town and Richt found some lingering effects of that in the locker room when he arrived. That was the story anyhow...but it was obvious and still is that they do not brook any nonsense from UGA athletes in Athens.

I agree he'd have been charged and I agree that in the past he likely gets suspended and possibly gets kicked off the team. However, I'm less inclined to say for certain that Kirby Smart would definitively suspend or boot him. Kirby learned from Saban and has pretty ruthless attitude. I'm not sure he sits or boots Carter unless the backup is at least as good as who he's replacing and uninjured.

His best buddy and fellow understudy, Jeremy Pruitt, showed he was more than willing to cheat his arse off for recruits. Maybe that's as far as either would go but with Kirby's attitude I doubt it. That man will push the boundaries to win.

Adam Anderson was our best pass rusher in 2021. Never played again.

Felony rape will always result in that and much of that is because it's one area where universities are afraid because they fear a title 9 lawsuit.

Carter just left the scene of an accident while people were dying then left town.

I can tell you this. UGA has led all SEC schools in players arrested since Kirby took over l. Hell his 2nd year at UGA they was #3 in the country with players arrested. You would think that Kirby would have straightened it out, but as you seen it has gotten worse. Now that type of toxic environment has led to a player and his girlfriend being killed. The more Kirby and UGA wins the less they enforce off the field.

The fact we’re debating the merits of an accessory to murder and reckless driving that certainly contributed to an accident is just sad altogether.
