Big blow, injured on a dirty chop block against Mizzou. Georgia should be fine, you just hate to see a talent like that hurt when hes in line to be drafted top 10 if not top 5.

UGA fans, Any chance he decides to just sit for the remainder of the year? I think hes done enough on tape to maintain his draft stock if he did. Nowadays you don't know if a guy is worried about stuff like that or if he actually just loves to play and will push to get back.

That's been the word on the street for the last couple weeks. He's missed when he's not there so I hope not.

Where? Are these the same folks who said Washington was a "lock" to transfer?

This is the understatement of the year.
It's a huge blow to our defense when he's out of the lineup.

In this day and time it is always a possibility. But, with us in the hunt, I think he will come back.

I could see this happening. I would probably encourage him to do this, too.

there is a night and day difference in our perfrmance when he's in or out. Loopk at 2020 when Jordan davis was in the game compared to not; it was practically night and day.

Early this season wtih jalen Healthy our DL was outstanding. The last 3 week that he's either been gimpy or out it's looked pedestrian.

dirty chop block

If it wasn't a clip, then it wasn't "dirty" It might be illegal by today's pussified rules, but dirty.....no.

He was engaged with an OL high and the other OL literally put his helmet into his knee.

He was engaged with a blocker up high when another blocker took out his knees. That's illegal, and has been illegal, for decades.

You mean a cut block. Yes. That's dirty. Sorry, I misunderstood what you meant.

You got it backwards. Cut block is legal (but dirty imo). Chop block not legal, chop is when defender is already engaged up high then another blocker takes out the legs. If you just take out the legs without the defender already being engaged up high, that is a cut block and legal.
