Anderson will get so much attention from Texas that Dallas Turner will eat your lunch. Texas should give Anderson that much attention because he warrants it, and he'll still make plays. The problem will scheming and doubling Anderson is that Dallas Turner will have himself a field day. Good luck tomorrow, you're going to need it.

Also, the Texas offensive skill position groups will be the best that Bama sees this season.

Dude you are going to be shocked when you play an SEC schedule.

I think any time Bama plays Michigan State, he will try to bury that program. Not sure why he holds such a grudge against that school, because they did give him his first taste of major college football, but he hates him some Sparty. To each his own I guess lol

Anderson is a nice little ball player and Bama has a nice little team this year

Huge question mark. But most likely just average

This to me is the biggest matchup issue Texas has.

It’s just not a good season to bring an average and young OL to play Bama, especially with a QB making his second start.

The pass rush and secondary Ewers will see Saturday will be borderline NFL level which means the reads will have to be very quick and the windows very small.

To me the OL has to get push up front to take the pressure off or I think he’s gonna start forcing passes into places he shouldn’t if he gets down a score or two and it could go sideways.

You think UTx will be able to run on a Saban team?

This true. It rarely happens. Hasn’t happened since Zeke Elliott put up 250 on em 8 years ago

Tell Sark to lay off the Tequila before the game or you might lose by five touchdowns instead of three.

Saban loves Michigan State, he had Izzo help with the basketball coaching search and recommended Tucker when they were looking to replace Dantonio.

Michigan State just doesn’t match up very well athletically to most Saban teams and that 2010 team was stacked (Julio, Richardson, Lacy, etc) and pissed off.

If Saban recommends someone who used to be on his staff, that’s a big red flag. Only one of them has done shite and it took Kirby some bumps in the road to get there. Tucker isn’t going to win at MSU. Dantonio took that program about as far as it will go. They can get the Cleveland and Toledo kids who are high three maybe a four star here and there from Mel because he has roots in NE Ohio, but that area is dominated by OSU. Back when Michigan mattered they routinely plucked 4 and 5 stars from St. Edward, St. Ignatius, Mentor High, and Aurora High, but now those kids stay in-state. Now Tucker should be able to make the Spartans competitive with some nice 8 and 9 win seasons but that’s about it

I mean Kirby Smart and Jimbo Fisher have both won national championships, Lane Kiffin won 10 games at Ole Miss last year and even McElwain at UF won the East a few times so that's a bad take.

Tucker won 11 games last year with a team that was picked dead last in the B10 East while picking up a conference coach of the year award and has them top 15 right now so that's not a great take so far either.

I think most Michigan State fans would agree with you.

I think he can have them winning 8-10 games, but getting past Ohio State consistently probably isn't realistic until and unless the divisions are redone.

Congrats on the win Bama. But all my points in the OP turned out to be true. Despite the loss, I think everybody can acknowledge that Sark is building a team that will be able to compete on day 1 in the SEC.

Will be nice to see how we are able to compete with Bama with a healthy QB…
