i never said anybody was as liberal if they think the war was about slavery. That would be weird given I think the war was about slavery.
He was strawman flogging which is what liberals like him do because they can't debate what I say. He claims to be in the "ivory tower' but he can't even debate what I said. Part of being in the 'ivory tower' should be representing other people's arguments accurately.

It's probably more that they don't want to get involved in a massive pile on thread with the crazies from the politard board. It would be no different than a person with conservative leanings doing to same on a Seattle Sounders soccer message board. Most people just don't have the energy or desire to get into an endless debate that devolves to nitpicking and twisting arguments from the extreme ends.

i note that the liberals who twist my words on purpose, like the MS guy just did, are the same ones who then say I mislabel them as liberals.
If he's purposely misrepresenting my point, then he probably also lying about not being a liberal. He has a lying problem. I don't just randomly accuse people of being liberals, my opinion is based on posts that he made in the past that are typical of a liberal person plus the fact he's been contentious with me after I stated conservative positions. It is not some conspiracy theory.

They were a founding member of the SEC, o boy! nevermind they never won a game in the conference in 8 years and they had to drop out of the SEC b/c they sucked so much. Even SC and Vandy and Kentucky have hung in there. lol
