KJ Jefferson is definitely better than friggin' Daniels.

Is it Daniel's vault that Jefferson doesn't have a support cast of elite players?
I mean, one has been an SEC QB for 3yrs and one was in his 1st year in the SEC.

The funny thing about this post is that if LSU had actually had to play KJ last year, Daniels wouldn't have been in the SEC Championship game either.
Or maybe he throws 2 interceptions like he did vs Liberty and they still lose.

Not sure about Jaden Daniels, but Jaylen Daniels outperformed Jefferson bigly in the liberty bowl.

… what’s he done?

Let’s put both of them in a cage match and see who comes out

KJ is a one trick pony. He isn't great unless he has an absolute stud to throw jump balls too in the passing game.
They both had around a 68% completion percentage last year, which is good. 70-75% is a rarity.

Jefferson had a QBR of 96 as opposed to 78. He also had 130 yards rushing on the ground, two TDs against Kansas that was at full strength.

KJ just stickin' around for those pig feet NIL deals from Tyson.

Eh, no

Yes compared to Arkansas they were.

Still wondering what offensive scheme the hogs are running this season. With Dan Enos it could be a lot of play-action/ naked bootleg stuff. Is it the same offense he was running with Austin Allen?
Not really. It’s probably going to be similar to Alabama under Jalen Hurts. A lot more RPO and pistol sets than when he was at Arkansas before. Lots of screens and crossing routes in practice so far.
As for the topic, KJ Jefferson and Caleb Williams are the only P5 QBs to rank in the top 10 in QB rating each of the last two seasons. Yet some people continue to underrate him and I’m not sure why.

I’d rather have Brady Cook than Jefferson and I don’t want Brady Cook.
