It is, I agree. My best friends in Albuquerque are from KC, good people, and are actually conservative. It just seems a few Mizzou fans here are going through an identity crisis.

Certainly is.
I always enjoy my time in the Lou as well. Brother-in-law and several very close friends from Mizzou are from STL, so I'm there a good amount.

I'll let you in on a secret....Missouri is a solidly red state.
The only liberal bastions are the urban areas of KC and STL as well as CoMo (college town influence).

I take exception to this one...I actually think it's awesome. The gesture was far more important than that one game during a dogshit season. Pinkel was a Mizzou legend and a college football hall of famer...I think its cool that they carried him off regardless of the result because he earned it over his career.
