We were told the NFL is where Fournette would shine. Where he would - once and for all - prove his superiority over Chubb. So let's take a look at their 2018 stats, shall we? Yes. We shall.

Fournette: Games: 3; Att: 44; Yards: 124; Avg: 2.8; TDs: 1 (rushing) 1 (receiving)

Chubb: Games: 10; Att: 94; Yards: 579; Avg: 6.2; TDs: 5 (rushing) 1 (receiving)

Plus Chubb set the all-time Browns record on one rush from scrimmage (that being 92 yards).

So, anyway, it's nice to be able to put this one to rest.

Chubb = not just better than Fournette, but on a different plane of existence altogether.

Justice prevails. Y'all have a nice day.

But LF signed a shoe for a guy in a wheelchair, so that has to count for something. Please recalculate.

One is a 1,000 yard rusher. One isn’t, nor is he on pace to be.

(I’ve always liked Chubb, but as a troll effort this was pretty poor)

Wait he has 7 more games, but only 450 more yards? These stats don’t mean what you think they do.

Yards per carry. Look it up. That stat means more than you think it does.

I remember when LSU fans used to care about this topic.

Can't blame you for the change of heart on this one.

If you take his numbers since he's started getting consistent carries (as he shouldv'e been all season but Hue Jackson is a pompous dumbass) he is on pace for 1000 yards.

That's alright. Like Auburn last year, we'll get our revenge in the SECCG.

Or will we?

You have to prove your worth to your coaches to earn carries. If he didn’t do that until recently, the other games still count.

And Fournette drug the Jaguars into the playoffs. Let’s see what Chubb does with Cleveland his rookie year

Fournette has the better team and O-line and Chubb is still better.

Yeah, well I think Chubb's 105 yards in 3 carries - and then his 92 yards from the line of scrimmage, might just have done that.

Fournette's longest run in two years in the league? Look it up.

Strictly speaking, yes. But they're irrelevant to stating what pace he's on as the situation has changed. Unless you expect him to suddenly go back to getting three carries a game.

He was winning the SEC Championship. Unlike some, he didn't sit out the bowl game(s) either.

The Jags were 3 and 13 the year before Fournette led them to the playoffs his rookie year.

Try again.

Damn I guess Chubb is better than a lot of RBs since he has one of the longest runs of the year.
