I'm not so certain.

Bama has peaked in the computers and will LOSE points every week from here on out. They play State, Ga Southern, and Auburn. That hurts them

Penn State will lose at LEAST 2 (likely 3) games

Arky will lose to LSU

I think Oklahoma would jump them. Stanford for sure. Boise MIGHT (only because the voters may make sure the rematch is not happening)

Even Oregon has a chance with a win at Stanford AND an extra game (PAC-12 champ)

I am NOT anti-Bama or anti-rematch. But, it really is unlikely.

oklahoma's defeat at the hands of tt is going to haunt them. tt is fricking them every week.

I agree. But, the human polls make up 2/3 of the formula. THEY can vote to make sure that they see OU v LSU instead of the rematch. And, I think they would.

exactly. and the human polls bairly like osu. the computers love them. so, when osu gets beat by ou, the human poll will kick in and drop them to #10 at best.

You must have failed freshman psychology. That's one of the most illogical posts I've ever read. The megalomania of Alabama fans is astounding.

of course there will. who in the hell is gonna jump bama? boise with a win over winless new mexico? doubt that.

the only way there won't be one is if stanford beats oregon.

That's what's up.

i understand. that's why ou will not stand a chance. because the HUMAN poll is not in favor of osu as much as the computer poll. so, when ou defeats osu, the human poll will say "that was expected" which, in turn, will not give much credit to ou.

I feel like both teams are as good as each other. What is comes down to for me is that LSU beat us at home. I just think its kinda unfair if we get in the NC without winning the SEC and beat them. I do think we can beat LSU but it just doesn't seem right when you didn't even win the conference

lets just say Bama gets that rematch (won't happen, but lets pretend). Lets say in the BCS game the score gets reversed and Bama gets the W (again won't happen). Shouldn't there be a thrid game for the title. We got a W on your home turf. You got a W on our home turf (for all purposes, it is home turf for LSU). Best 2 out of three right? Now this won't happen, but come on.

you couldn't beat us in Tuscaloosa, what makes you think you'll win in New Orleans? You should be hoping for Boise State in the Sugar Bowl

I thought the LSU vs Bama game was the championship game. The media built that game up so much that i dont think round two would top the first.

But yeah if we get to the BCS title game then u might as well strike Nov 5 from the record books because it will be meaningless.

Which is exactly why a rematch shouldn't and won't happen.
