It seems like Bama fans are finally starting to accept that Kiffin is better than Deboer

I was either hearing “Deboer is better” or “Lane is coming to bama after we fire Deboer.”

I’m starting to hear the latter much more. Kiffin isn’t leaving for a lower NIL budget and poorer boosters.

When Kiffin finally accomplishes something at the end of the year, I'll review your application for attention again.

Let's review common opponents.

@ Kentucky Alabama won by 28 points, LSU lost by 3
@ Miss St Alabama won 33 points, LSU won by 31 points.
vs Texas A&M, Alabama won by 11 points, LSU won by 28 points.

Alabama: 3-0 with an average MOV of 24 points.
LSU: 2-1 with an average MOV of 18.6 points.

And LSU spent way more money on NIL to achieve this and nothing our coach has done is going to get us kicked out of the SEC or cause drama.

Considering that Debo came into a well-oiled juggernaut and hasn't been able to do shite with it, I agree that Kiffin is a better coach.

Uneducated fan pretending like Deboer inherited 2015 Alabama.

Kiffin inherited nothing at Ole Miss or LSU.

I’m not interested in a pissing match in this thread, but it needs to be pointed out LSU had much more to build from the ground up and way more holes to fill after Kelly’s departure.

The roster was basically remade in one single season. It’s not like LSU spent 40 mil on nothing but five star all-conference players.

It can't be refs because that one is already taken by LSU.

Irrespective of my opinion…DeBoer came behind the greatest college football coach of all time…we saw Les Miles have extraordinary success coming behind Saban at LSU

I guess if you are dumb enough to pretend the conditions and game was still the same.

The reality is half the team left when Saban did. Either from the transfer portal which didn't exist when BK left, or to the NFL draft.

Luckily, other teams fans kept a running total in order to taunt Alabama fans.

Tracking the decline

Totals:
30 players have entered portal (four 5Star, fifteen 4Star, eleven 3Star)

27 players have committed elsewhere (four 5Star, fifteen 4Star, eight 3Star)

8 players have declared early for the NFL draft (four 5Star and four 4Star)

1 player has decommitted from the 2024 class (5Star)

4 players have decommited from the 2025 class (one 5Star, three 4Stars)

Debo lost half the team to the transfer portal/draft/graduation and was left a bunch of prima donna LANK pussies that ran Saban off.

Lane was given $45M to assemble a 9-3 or 8-4 squad.

it wasn't 2015 Bama, but he did inherit the most talent in the country. Whether most of his teams at Bama were his players or Saban's, Deboer has had a top 3 talent team each year.

Bama's 247 college team talent rankings under Deboer
2024: #1
2025: #2
2026: #3
