I'm not getting into right or wrong here, but I've always wanted to ask: Does anyone think Simmons is actually punching that woman? Can a person get punched by a 300 lb man , multiple times, and need no medical treatment? Would they still be going about their regular activities a few hours later?

If anyone the size of Jeffrey Simmons punched me with a closed fist I'd be in the hospital for a week

Not me.

The guy is a terrible human being. Penn State Syndrome. Everyone has it.

He should have never played a down of football at MSU.

Mixon and Simmons get a pass, since their videos were from college.

Wrong again Simmons had not enrolled in college yet. And if we hadn't let him come to school everyone of your schools would have been after him. If you deny it, you are a liar.

Bama is the only school i know of that has a history of taking woman beaters.

When Jon Taylor was looking for a new home most schools wouldn't even return his phone calls, so you're wrong.

Jon Taylor committed domestic violence on campus, and yet he was being recruited by several SEC schools when he signed with Bama.

I was highly skeptical of the decision to let Simmons play as a Freshman, but if had been let go I believe most - if not all - schools would have been happy to sign him once they looked into his record and the details of his incident.

Women shouldn't be beaten, domestic violence wise or similar but saying a man should never fight a woman is crazy.

If you found a woman doing something sexual to your niece or had set up a family member to be robbed/killed or set you up you mean to tell me yall would be like "I'm not gonna fight her cause she is a woman?" give me a break.

I'm just speaking hypothetically, not related to Simmons. I don't know what happened in this case.

Joe Mixon seems to be doing ok
True, but I do think the Simmons case will be interesting. Most people havent seen that video yet. When the draft rolls around, and he is a clear first round grade, it will be played, and there will be extreme outrage. Its by far the worst video of a player we have

I am interested to see what happens

and the victim walked away, virtually unharmed.

Mixon's victim had to have her face reconstructed.

Intentions vs results.

The simmons video is going to still look worse to most people

I agree. I see the same thing everybody else sees. The video is awful. That's why I ask the questions that don't make sense to me. The results don't match the violence of the video

You are a terrible goddamn person if you can't see that Jeffery Simmons learned from his mistakes and took every opportunity afforded to him to make up for what he did. He has never shied away or made excuses for what he did. frick you and your tired miserable life. I hope you remember this they next mistake you make in life. What a terrible c-u-n-t you are.

Pummeling a woman on the ground isn’t a mistake

It’s a defined character flaw that can only be hidden at times and not truly erased.
