Short of a Venables-level situation, the next guy will take over a program in a very good place. It won't be like Saban, but anyone who insists Alabama is going to magically disappear when Saban retires is lying to themselves

I think Bama regresses but nowhere near Tennessee post 2007 to 2020. I think it is more inline with Les Miles LSU. Where you are elite every 4-5 years and good to very good between those spikes

Just wait until Saban leaves half of their "fans" will get rid of their Bama gear when they aren't winning titles every year.
