Most intelligent people would say that is speculation on his part. He is a sports reporter trying to create interest. Nothing wrong with that. But it is not verified.

You do understand the legal concept of hearsay, correct? He is not citing Woodward. He is talking about his sources at LSU (which I am sure he has - they just are not Woodward).

As an Aggie, who cares? I'm glad we kept Jimbo and think he's a great coach.

No way in hell SW would admit he got turned down just like a HC would never admit he talked to another team before signing a contract with the team he went to.
Hell, last HC search we did our AD n UF Brass went to Chip Kelly’s house and came home empty handed yet they all say no offer was made. I don’t believe that for a fkn second
