This always comes down to Bama fans with ridiculous expectations despite never exactly being QBU, and mass trolling from other fan bases trying to convince themselves he isn’t good. It’s also dumb. The kid is good, and it’s pretty obvious.

Sabans style of offense leads to good QB ratings because he has great receivers and they take a lot of short quick throws that are safe.
Most of Mac's completions were intermediate to long routes and very few short passes were thrown on Saturday. Most passes were set up from play action.

semantics semantics ..we all know 2014 semi final btween Bama /OSU was the NC ..whomever won was going to roll over the quack who had not seen defenses like both Bama /OSU had ... BUT -this yr , as long as they dont let Clemson win by the refs again ..it should be BAMA v THE OSU in the NATTY..

State's QB (Costello) owned the defending national champion. Bama's QB did kinda OK against Mizzou - a team who is middle of the pack East division at best.
Maybe he's good, but you're comparing apples to oranges. My 15-year-old next-door neighbor's grandkid could do the same against Mizzou.

In less than 2 weeks, your deer in the headlight QB will get just that opportunity. By then, your 15-year-old might very well be the better alternative.

Ya see up here in Ohio not only can we send down Joey B to y'all so u can win the NC ...we also get to watch football on Sundays . We all know Ohio State is great every year . That meens Staurdays are usually a W . THEN, we got the Browns on Sunday s . The Browns who now have an SEC flavor .Chubb, OBJ, Landry, Greedy ,Jedrick Wills, Myles Garrett,Jacob Phillps,Mack Wilson ... could be a double duobler this yr OSU NC .Browns Super Bowl
