That's like saying Princeton and Yale are top 3 programs because of their success in the 1800s and very early 1900's.... USC is not a top tier baseball program. Texas I'll give you as top 2 but it is for sure debatable between LSU and Texas

Exactly who are you referring to? The SEC is more than a 2 team league. The top 4 in the SEC right now would win any other conference in the country.
You could also take the best 2 teams from any conference and they would not win the SEC as it currently sits right now. The SEC is the deepest and strongest conference in football, basketball, women’s basketball, and baseball. If you don’t think so, then go look at the draft picks and see where they mainly come from in each sport.

12 titles to 6. youre right... you arent close
7 titles to 6 titles, 19 CWS appearances to 38. Texas has made the CWS more times than LSU has made the postseason. So who is the 2nd best is close, but only because LSU has one more title.
