There is no rule preventing Alabama from being ranked 20th by every Harris voter. The lack of rules allow us to make the case for the vote that makes most sense.

The only thing that is scary is that it would be a Revenge of a Revenge of a Lost game and Saban will have a tighter constriction of the rectum that would be the envy of many a black hole?

Don't blame Bama because the BCS wanted the two best teams no matter who they are.

But I will certainly blame them for wanting that if it means no consideration of actual RESULTS. We're comfortable with the NFL system despite the fact that the "best" team doesn't always win the Super Bowl or any individual game. Disregarding what happened two weeks ago, and what it means that Alabama couldn't even represent its division in the SECCG, in favor of any consideration of which teams are the "best" would be a travesty and deserving of much blame indeed.

I also agree that LSU and BAMA are the two best teams. But at the same time, what would be the point of even playing them again. No matter what happens, bamas head is so inflated with the "oh we beat ourselves", and "oh LSU got lucky because we were owning them all night but we missed 4 field goals..." You guys are a joke. Bring on the rematch. Id love to see saban get pissed again as les miles handles him in the dome . maybe it would shut up bama for a day or so, But most likely not. I promise you that once the game is over bama will be claiming a NC win or lose. But i believe in LSU and Les so

Would You Be Cool If Alabama Beats An Unbeaten LSU In The BCS Championship?

Yes, however I dont think that will happen.

Yes, because this is the system that is in place at this time.

I do not think Alabama has the team, or coach, to beat LSU this year.

If rematch? The LSU team and staff will have enough info on the Bama bunch from 11/5/11, to put something together that will guarantee victory for the Tigers. No doubt, and absolutely, no fear!!

Rematch=LSU victory=priceless!

Results? You mean like being 10-1? Just like the other teams that are being considered? The teams that got that record playing in weaker conferences and especially weaker divisions?

Don't preach to me about results when you have a crystal ball in your trophy room from a 2 loss season. You were one of the 2 best teams that year and you played for the title and won. Same here.

You would think that 3 point win in OT was actually a 4 TD blowout the way you corndogs talk.

Only to be shut down by a dominant LSU or Bama defense, whichever gets in.

No, it was the four trips into your red zone, the exploitation of the edege of your defense, and Bama's lack of special team execution.

LSU's coaching staff will have these things figuered out...BIG TIME...Bama's not so much.....

Just the way it is.

Les Miles made SMART decisions and did not panic. He did not ask his players to perform beyond their reasonable ability to execute.

Saban wouldn't have put them out there again and again if he didn't feel that they could make the kicks.

The team failed to execute when it had a chance for points, bottom line.

And, he was wrong. Again and again.

BTW...I am NOT opposed to a rematch. IF Bama is selected by the BCS formula, let's tee it up and do it again!
