Looking at the standings and every team, with the exception of TN, has double digit conference losses.
I think there are just more good teams top to bottom than normal. Usually there are more elite and more bad teams than there are this year. This year, most of the conference is just right there with one another

Beating up each other but overall records of most teams good so one would assume yes.

Agreed.
We have the top team in the country by far and a of bunch of 10-20 types. I also think the bottom of the league is fairly solid. UK has series wins against Big 12 Champ TCU, SEC Champ UT, and top 10 RPI Auburn.

That's 100% true and has been talked about a lot actually. There aren't as many top-shelf pitchers this season like there usually are, which is part of why we've seen some of the offensive numbers around the league this season

Nah, I definitely think Tennessee is just smoke and mirrors and will not win the CWS this year.
That smoke and mirrors swept your arse.

Arkansas kind of choked and Vandy is a bit down. And miss state isn't close to us at all. Vols carrying the banter.

In 2021, State was kind of in the position Arkansas or LSU is in right now
Not entirely correct. State was still a top 8 seed even after Hoover. Most of the locals accused Lemonis of mailing it in at the SEC tournament in effort to rest the team.

Seems like an off-year for the conference.

I was scrolling through this thread and was going to post the same thing you said.
I dont follow baseball closely but I dont see many starters out there going 7 or more innings and limiting an opponent 3 runs or less with any regularity.

No it isn’t.
The usual good teams (last 20 years) have been LSU, Florida, South Carolina, Vandy, State, Arkansas and OM.
All of us suck this year.

Arky may "suck", but there's probably only 3 or 4 non-SEC teams that could knock them out.

SEC is pretty weak this year. Weakest I've seen since 2005. Conference winner this year should have an asterisk next to their name.
